Open email links directly in Gmail using Chrome
Users of Google Chrome can now set Gmail as the default handler for email links. When enabled, clicking an email link in any application on the computer will automatically open a new Gmail compose window. This functionality is also supported in Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Google Contacts now integrates connected profiles for both internal and external domains.
Google Contacts now supports connected profiles, meaning contact entries are automatically updated with shared profile information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, from the contact's Google profile. This functionality, previously available for internal domain profiles, is now enabled for profiles external to the domain as well.

New administrative control options for chat settings.
Google Apps administrators now have expanded options for configuring chat settings within the control panel. These new settings, which can be applied domain-wide or at the organizational unit level, include the ability to allow or restrict phone calls to landlines and mobile phones, voice calls between chat users, video calls between chat users, and file transfers between chat users.

The new presentations editor, originally launched in October 2011, is now the default editor for all new presentations. This update also introduces discussion capabilities similar to Google Docs, allowing users to comment on specific shapes or entire slides, send email notifications to collaborators, resolve comments, and provide comment-only access to presentations to facilitate feedback without allowing direct edits.
