New Google bar look rolling out to all Google Apps users.
Starting Monday, April 9, 2012, a new design for the Google bar will be rolled out to all Google Apps users. The updated interface features links to services at the top level and a 'More' drop-down list for additional services. While administrators can still disable specific services via the control panel, certain services like Google Search and Images will always remain visible.

Users on Google+ can now manage their contacts more efficiently in Gmail. This integration allows users to see user details in a new right-hand side box, sort Gmail messages and Contacts by Circle, and automatically update Google+ contact information for users in shared circles. Additionally, users can easily share images from Gmail messages to Google+ and view Google Contacts details when viewing a Google+ profile.

Introduction of administrator roles for managing Control Panel privileges.
Google has introduced a new system for managing administrator privileges in the Control Panel. Instead of assigning privileges on a per-user basis, administrators can now use predefined roles such as Help Desk, Services, and Groups, or create their own custom roles. For users who previously had delegated administrator privileges, Google Apps has automatically created corresponding custom roles.
