Preview of Google+ premium enterprise features for administrators.
Google has launched a preview of premium Google+ features in the administrator control panel. These features include 'Post Restrictions,' which allow admins to set new posts to be restricted within the domain by default to prevent external resharing, and 'Restricted Hangouts,' which ensures external users can only join a Hangout if they are explicitly invited.

Gmail 1:1 Video chat is now powered by Google+ Hangouts.
1:1 Video chat in Gmail has been upgraded and is now powered by Google+ Hangouts. If both participants have created a Google+ profile, they can access the full Hangouts experience, including the ability to add up to nine other people to the conversation, screen sharing, and integrated Google Docs collaboration.
