Improved design and filtering functionality to match the web experience, you’ll now be able to easily: Keep a pulse on the latest updates: now you’ll see the first comment and the two most recent replies from a comment thread, with the option to show all comments within a discussion. Review comments with full context: enjoy familiar, in-context commenting. Navigate and filter comments: navigation tabs and filters within the comments panel help you easily find relevant comments, without having to switch to a separate view.

Google Calendar, Google Keep and Google Tasks are also available as Workspace extensions in the Gemini app.

Google has expanded the open beta for Google Workspace extensions in the Gemini app to include Google Calendar, Google Keep, and Google Tasks. This allows users to interact with these services directly through Gemini to create, find, and edit calendar events; manage tasks and reminders; and create, search, or reference notes and lists in Keep. These extensions enable Gemini to provide more contextual responses and perform cross-app actions for users with Gemini Business, Enterprise, or Education add-ons.

Improved comments experience on Android tablets for Google Docs.

Google Docs on Android tablets is receiving a redesigned comments experience to align with the web experience. This update allows users to view the first comment and two most recent replies in a thread, enjoy in-context commenting, and use navigation tabs and filters within the comments panel for better navigation.

Gemini now provides summaries of unread conversations in the Google Chat home view.

Google Chat is introducing a new feature powered by Gemini that allows users to see a quick, bulleted synopsis of unread messages directly from the home view. By clicking the 'Summarize' button on the web or long-pressing on mobile, users can quickly review recent activity across group conversations, spaces, or threads to determine where to focus their attention.

Pronouns are now displayed in Google Meet

Users who have set their pronouns in their Google Account settings and set the visibility to 'Anyone' will now have those pronouns displayed on their personal video tile during Google Meet meetings on the web.
