Mobile device management functionality for Google Apps is now available in all supported languages.
Google Apps Mobile Management, a set of device management controls integrated into the Google Apps control panel, is now available in all supported languages. This functionality allows administrators to manage Android and Google Sync devices (including iOS and Windows Phone) using granular policies at the organizational unit level, device activation controls, a device console for visibility, and usage reports in the Reports tab.

Persistent Google provided test aliases
Domains can now use Google provided test aliases (test-google-a.com) for as long as desired. Administrators have the option to activate or deactivate the test alias under Domain Settings, and domains with Postini can opt-in to keep the alias upon activation.
