Google is introducing Lyria 3 Pro, an advanced version of its music generation tool in the Gemini app. This update allows users to create musical tracks up to three minutes long, providing greater creative control and a better understanding of musical composition, enabling prompts for specific elements like intros, verses, choruses, and bridges. It is available globally in multiple languages for users over 18.

Google Workspace admins can now enable public sharing of Gemini app conversations via links for their organizations.

Google Workspace administrators now have the ability to allow users within their organizations to create and share public links to their Gemini chat conversations. This feature, previously exclusive to personal Google accounts, facilitates improved collaboration, efficiency, and content distribution by enabling the sharing of full conversations—including prompts and responses—through a clickable URL. Admins can manage this new control in the Admin console, where it is set to OFF by default at the domain, organizational unit, or group level. Users are advised against sharing confidential information publicly.

Google Workspace admins now have the ability to allow users in their organization to share Gemini chat conversations by creating public links. Previously available only to personal Google accounts, this update allows users with work or school accounts to share full conversations, including prompts and responses, via a clickable URL. This feature is disabled by default and can be managed by admins at the domain, organizational unit, or group level within the Admin console.
