Google Workspace admins can now enable public sharing of Gemini app conversations via links for their organizations.
Google Workspace administrators now have the ability to allow users within their organizations to create and share public links to their Gemini chat conversations. This feature, previously exclusive to personal Google accounts, facilitates improved collaboration, efficiency, and content distribution by enabling the sharing of full conversations—including prompts and responses—through a clickable URL. Admins can manage this new control in the Admin console, where it is set to OFF by default at the domain, organizational unit, or group level. Users are advised against sharing confidential information publicly.
