Admins can filter Meet hardware devices by Calendar and Jamboard service status.

Admins can now filter Google Meet hardware devices based on whether the Calendar and Jamboard services are turned OFF. This allows them to identify potential issues with device configurations and quickly resolve them, ensuring proper functionality. For example, admins can quickly identify devices that have the Jamboard service turned off, meaning the Desk 27 and Board 65 devices will no longer be able to launch Jamboard directly on the device.

Block compromised mobile devices using context-aware access

Using context-aware access, you now have the option to automatically block access to Google Workspace data from compromised Android and iOS devices.

Automatically log Google Voice calls made to Salesforce contacts (beta)

Integration between Google Voice and Salesforce that makes it easier to track details of calls made in Voice. When enabled Salesforce contacts will be displayed in Google Voice and Google Voice calls will now be logged to any matching Salesforce contact.

Google Meet hardware devices will now adhere to Calendar and Jamboard service ON/OFF statuses.

Starting April 22, 2024, Google Meet hardware devices, including Series One Board 65 and Desk 27, will follow the service status of Calendar and Jamboard. For devices to access an assigned calendar, the Calendar service must be ON for the organizational unit. Similarly, Jamboard will only be accessible on these devices if the Jamboard service status is ON.

Expanded version history limit to all scripts. You can create and save up to 200 versions for all scripts.

Earlier this year, we announced that you can create and save up to 200 versions for newly created scripts. We’ve expanded this limit to all scripts. If needed, you can permanently delete multiple script versions at the same time from the project history page using the new “Bulk delete” feature.
