Introduction of a standalone contact manager for Google Apps.

Google has introduced a standalone contact manager that allows users to manage their contacts within Google Apps without the need to enable Gmail. Administrators can enable this service via the administrative control panel by selecting 'Add more services' and adding 'Contacts'.
