Various improvements to Google Forms, including new question types and editor enhancements.
Google Forms within Spreadsheets has been updated with new question types and several Form Editor improvements, such as new Section Headers, a fixed-width editor, an improved Scale question type (0-10), and the ability to edit multiple forms simultaneously. Additionally, the form HTML structure has been updated for better skinning and Javascript applications, and the UI is now localized for signed-in users.

Google Spreadsheets has introduced a new solve feature that allows users to optimize linear models. This functionality can be accessed by selecting 'Tools' from the Google Docs menu bar and clicking 'Solve'.

Introduction of Tables and Records Data APIs in Google Spreadsheets.
Google has released two new Data APIs for Google Spreadsheets. The Tables feed allows users to place multiple tables anywhere on a sheet with column-based meta-data for each column. The Records feed provides a feed of rows within a table, referred to as records, which maintain stable IDs even when rows are moved.
