Introducing a new ‘Getting started’ page to make it easier to create Google Vids

We’re introducing a ‘Getting started’ page offering a variety of ways to create videos using Google Vids. Depending on your Workspace edition, this will include options to: plan your video story, generate video clips, record yourself, select a template, upload a clip or image, or start with a blank vid.

Users can now generate high-quality, custom video clips directly within Google Vids using Veo 2.

Google Vids now allows users to generate high-quality, custom video clips directly within the platform using Veo 2. This feature enables users to create realistic motion and diverse styles to supplement content and tell more powerful stories. Users can access the feature by clicking the “Generate video” icon, typing in a prompt, and inserting the generated content into their Vid.
