Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook version 3.0 now supports Outlook Tasks synchronization.

Version 3.0 of the Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook plugin is now available, introducing the ability to synchronize Outlook Tasks with Google Apps. Users can now track and manage to-do lists, including due dates, reminders, and task completion states, which are synchronized with the Gmail Task gadget and accessible across other devices.
