Browser-based voice and video chat available in Gmail

Users can now conduct free voice and video chats with their contacts directly within the Gmail browser window. To access this feature, users open a chat session with a contact, click on the 'Video & more' menu at the bottom of the chat window, and select either 'Start video chat' or 'Start voice chat'. A small plugin installation is required upon first use.
