Themes for your Gmail inbox
Users can now personalize the look and feel of their Gmail inbox by applying themes. To enable this feature, administrators must sign into the administrative control panel, navigate to 'Domain settings', and select the 'Turn on new features' checkbox. Once enabled, users can access themes via the 'Settings' menu.

Gmail usage statistics are now available in Google Analytics for Premier and Education administrators.
Administrators of Premier and Education editions can now track and analyze how their organizations use Gmail through Google Analytics. Gmail updates 'Mark as unread' behavior for conversations.
Gmail has updated the 'Mark as unread' functionality. Now, when a user marks a conversation as unread, only the messages within that conversation that were unread at the time the conversation was first opened will be marked as unread.
