Gmail removes 'on behalf of' from the Sender header when sending from another address within a domain.
When sending an email using another address within your domain or within an aliased domain in Gmail, the original username will no longer be listed in the 'Sender' header. This ensures that recipients do not see the 'on behalf of' message. This update is available for Premier and Education Editions.

New drag-and-drop and organization capabilities for Gmail labels.
Gmail has introduced several improvements to label management, including moving labels above the chat list and adding the ability to hide labels under a 'more' link. Additionally, new drag-and-drop capabilities allow users to organize labels more easily, such as dragging labels in and out of the 'more' section, dragging messages into a label to label and archive them in one step, or dragging a label onto selected messages to apply it.
