Google Workspace Changes

Gmail search results are now sorted by relevance using AI, rather than chronologically.

Gmail's search feature is enhanced with AI to display the most relevant results at the top. This update considers factors like recency, most-clicked emails, and frequent contacts, moving beyond just chronological order based on keywords. Users can also switch between "most relevant" and "most recent" results. This rollout is complete for both Rapid and Scheduled Release domains, and is available to Google Workspace customers, Google Workspace Individual subscribers, and users with personal Google accounts.
