Themes for forms in Google Docs
Users can now apply themes to forms created in Google Docs. By clicking the 'Theme' button at the top of a form, users can select and apply a theme that will be visible to respondents when they access the form in a window, although themes are not visible when replying via an embedded form in an email.

Control who can edit individual sheets in Google Docs spreadsheets.
Google Docs spreadsheets now allow users to protect individual sheets. By selecting the 'Protect sheet' option from the sheet's name menu, users can specify exactly who is allowed to edit that specific sheet, providing finer control over spreadsheet collaboration.

Speaker notes are now included when uploading PowerPoint presentations to Google Docs.
When users upload a PowerPoint (.ppt) presentation into Google Docs, the speaker notes associated with the slides are now preserved and uploaded along with the presentation. These notes can be accessed under the 'Speaker notes' section in the resulting Google Doc.

Arial and Times New Roman fonts are now available in Google Docs.
Google Docs now supports Arial and Times New Roman fonts in the text editor for users who have these fonts installed locally on their computers. These fonts will automatically appear in the font drop-down menu if they are detected on the user's system.
