Voice to the following countries in Latin America by expanding SIP Link availability: Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Brazil, Mexico. Customers in these countries will need to purchase the new SIP Link Standard or SIP Link Premier licenses to set up SIP Link.

Google Voice customers on the Standard subscription in Canada, Europe and the US can assign phone numbers to any supported country in their region. Customers in Europe can assign phone numbers in supported European countries and Customers in Canada and the US can assign phone numbers in both countries

Google Voice users can now create custom rules for handling incoming calls to improve workflow and productivity. These granular settings allow users to forward calls from specific contacts to linked phone numbers or voicemail, screen calls from specific contacts, set custom voicemail greetings for specific contacts, and apply these rules to either individual contacts or specific contact groups.

Porting in Google Voice now available in Canada

Organizations in Canada that have existing phone numbers with other service providers can now port those numbers over to Google Voice.

Admins can now upload their own pre-recorded audio prompts and greetings when setting up an automated attendant in Google Voice, providing an alternative to the standard text-to-speech option. This update allows for greater customization and includes immediate playback and automatic transcriptions to help admins manage their uploads.
